2. Bookings & Payment

● All classes, events, workshops, and doula services must be booked and paid in advance.
● Your place is only secured once full payment has been received.
● All bookings are subject to availability.
● We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

3. Cancellations & Refunds Classes & Courses

● Refunds may be offered in exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical reasons or early birth in pregnancy classes), at our discretion.
● If you notify us at the time of booking of known absences (e.g. holidays), we will aim to accommodate where possible.
● Missed classes without prior agreement are non-transferable and non-refundable.

If We Cancel
● If we need to cancel a class or event, we will contact you as soon as possible.
● You will be offered:
○ A replacement class
○ Credit
○ Or a refund Retreats & Events

● Payments for retreats and events are non-refundable.
● You may transfer your place to another person with prior notification and approval.
Consumer Rights Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under UK consumer law.

4. Health, Safety & Responsibility

General

● By attending classes or sessions, you confirm that you are fit to participate.
● You agree to follow all instructions given during sessions. Medical Conditions
● You must inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns before participating.
● If advised by a medical professional not to exercise, you should not attend sessions.

Pregnancy & Postnatal

● Pregnancy yoga and related services are designed to be safe; however:
○ You must inform us of your pregnancy as soon as possible
○ Some movements may not be suitable for all individuals
● Participation without disclosure is at your own risk

Children & Parent/Child Classes

● Parents/carers are fully responsible for their children at all times.
● Children must not be left unattended.

Doula Support

● Doula services provide emotional, practical, and informational support only
● They do not replace medical advice or care from qualified healthcare professionals

5. Liability

● We take all reasonable care to provide safe and appropriate sessions.
● We are not responsible for injuries where:
○ Instructions have not been followed
○ Relevant medical information has not been disclosed
● Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
○ Death or personal injury caused by negligence
○ Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

6. Personal Belongings

 ● All personal belongings are brought at your own risk.
● We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

7. Changes to Services

 ● We may make reasonable changes to classes, schedules, venues, or instructors where necessary.

8. Changes to Terms

 ● These Terms may be updated at any time.
● The latest version will always apply to new bookings.
